Imesa designs, manufactures and assembles grilles for fine and gross solids with no limit on size for hydroelectric power stations (hydroelectric, WWTPs, DWTPs and CCTPSs) to any quality standard, always in accordance with the exact calculations depending on the load of water in each power station.
Imesa designs grilles in a hydrodynamic form, considerably reducing load loss.
Two models of grille must be distinguished:
- Coandas, which reduce the sand trap construction, are used in cases of low flow and sediment load.
- Vertical, which are usually tilted so that they have a larger surface area.
